- Is my security deposit totally refundable?
Yes, minus any outstanding balance or damages.
- If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?
Yes, with 60 day notice and 2 month penalty.
- Can I change to a month-to-month lease plan after my first year?
Yes
- Are residents required to have renters insurance?
We require Liability Insurance and strongly advise renters insurance.

- If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?
Phone or through the resident portal.
